Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems and components in residential homes according to code and company standards
• Install wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, and other electrical equipment
• Read and interpret basic electrical plans, blueprints, and work orders
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain a clean and organized job site while working in customers’ homes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members during installations
• Collaborate with office staff, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure seamless job completion and follow-up.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues when needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Experience in residential electrical installation
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Valid residential wireman license (or ability to obtain)
• Professional appearance and ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces or attics
