This role is a senior sales and product leadership position focused on driving growth and adoption of healthcare technology solutions. The Product Sales Director will serve as a subject matter expert in digital health, clinical AI, analytics, revenue cycle, and interoperability, partnering closely with the sales team to accelerate deal cycles and expand client engagement. The position combines deep market knowledge with strategic sales execution, providing value-driven insights to clients and informing product, marketing, and commercialization strategies. You will lead client-facing presentations, deliver ROI analyses, and support product adoption, ensuring health tech solutions address operational, clinical, and business challenges. This is an opportunity to shape the market strategy for innovative healthcare technologies while driving measurable revenue impact and fostering strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow new business and increase engagement with health tech clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets, provide forecasts, and conduct quarterly business reviews
- Analyze market trends, client workflows, and industry challenges to highlight product ROI and clinical impact
- Create tailored value propositions, ROI models, and product analyses for healthcare technology clients
- Advise on market segmentation, account strategies, and go-to-market initiatives informed by product expertise
- Provide product training, enablement materials, and guidance to internal sales teams to drive adoption
- Support client implementations, integration, and adoption of solutions while gathering feedback to inform cross-functional strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Subject matter expertise in clinical coding, clinical intelligence, and structured healthcare data
- Experience translating technical or clinical concepts into clear business value for clients
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced sales environment
- Comfortable working within commission-based incentive structures and meeting sales performance metrics
- Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare technology commercialization is a plus
