Duties will include greeting guests, scheduling appointments, reviewing vehicle service history and warranty coverage, inspecting guest vehicles at check-in, consulting guests on needed service and repairs, inputting and maintaining guest information, providing timely status updates, managing our Lexus courtesy vehicles, using phone, email, and chat systems to coordinate and communicate with team throughout shift, verifying work was performed to Lexus standards, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction from start to finish.

This is not an entry level role. We are seeking an accomplished Service Advisor dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to balance competing priorities under pressure. Candidates must be detail-oriented and familiar with vehicle systems to confidently make appropriate service recommendations.
