This role is designed for a seasoned enterprise sales leader who thrives in high-impact, fast-moving environments. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with Fortune 500 and large-scale companies across North America. The position offers the chance to shape long, complex deal cycles from ideation to close, leveraging your existing network and deep industry expertise. You will collaborate across teams, influence key decision makers, and define best practices that set the foundation for a growing US sales organization. This is an opportunity to lead strategic account initiatives, deliver measurable business outcomes, and play a pivotal role in scaling enterprise operations at a global level.
- Acquire new enterprise customers across North America, leveraging an existing network and deep industry connections
- Own and drive long, sophisticated global deal cycles from prospecting to closing, including new logos and expansions
- Identify new companies, use cases, and opportunities through research, collaborating with strategy and sales enablement teams
- Build and manage a reliable pipeline while establishing best practices for enterprise sales processes
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts in coordination with legal, finance, and strategy teams
- Provide regular reporting against KPIs, metrics, and revenue targets
- Ensure an exceptional onboarding and customer experience for new enterprise clients
- 10+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions to enterprise accounts
- Established network of key decision makers in payments or financial technology at Fortune 500 (or similar) companies
- Proven experience selling API-driven solutions or other technical, integrated products
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and solution-selling abilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across global organizations
- Preferred: fintech experience, technical product understanding, and experience with complex product integrations
