In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will serve as a strategic architect for the modernization of government services across the nation. You will partner with senior government executives to navigate complex operational challenges, delivering executive-level advisory services that translate deep insights into actionable modernization roadmaps. As a key driver of the transition toward "Government as a Service" (GaaS), you will leverage AI-driven analysis to redefine how public agencies deliver value to their citizens. You will operate in a senior, autonomous capacity where your engagements materially influence customer retention, long-term growth, and the evolution of cloud-based public sector technology. Executive Strategic Advisory: Serve as a primary trusted advisor to senior government leaders, guiding high-level conversations on governance, performance KPIs, and organizational modernization.
Diagnostics & Assessments: Lead comprehensive strategic assessments and operational diagnostics, synthesizing complex data into compelling executive narratives that identify root causes and growth opportunities.
AI & Performance Insight: Define baseline performance metrics and leverage AI-driven tools to uncover optimization patterns, turning raw data into actionable decision-enablement insights for agency heads.
Product Innovation Loop: Bridge the gap between customer challenges and product evolution by translating real-world government use cases into strategic inputs for the Product and Engineering teams.
GaaS Model Enablement: Help operationalize the "Government as a Service" delivery model by standardizing workflows and creating scalable frameworks that reduce time-to-value for strategic customers.
Extensive Advisory Background: A minimum of 12 years of experience in government advisory, digital transformation, or senior-level public sector consulting.
Executive Presence: Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-suite or high-ranking government officials with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of public sector governance, statutory reporting, and the implementation of KPIs within complex stakeholder environments.
Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level engagements and a strong ability to navigate the nuances of government modernization and SaaS adoption.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and an interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to solve traditional public sector bottlenecks.
Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary ranging from $200,000 - $250,000, supplemented by a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
