This role offers the opportunity to own the end-to-end integration experience for customers, ensuring seamless connectivity between multiple case management platforms and the AI-powered platform. You will balance hands-on technical work with customer-facing delivery, handling everything from configuration and validation to troubleshooting and implementation guidance. The Senior Integrations Engineer will collaborate closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to define integration paths, resolve complex issues, and create scalable implementation processes. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving technical challenges, managing vendor relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment. You will play a pivotal role in enabling customers to fully leverage the platform while shaping the product through insights gained from integration work.
- Manage customer integrations from post-sale through go-live, including scoping, configuration validation, testing, and final deployment.
- Collaborate with Engineering to prototype solutions, define technical requirements, and ensure integration scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues, tracing failures across customer, vendor, and internal systems.
- Build implementation assets such as playbooks, setup guides, troubleshooting matrices, and checklists for repeatable, scalable processes.
- Identify integration patterns and provide actionable feedback to Engineering for product improvements.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer-facing integrations, ensuring a smooth, professional experience.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience building, configuring, and debugging production API integrations (REST APIs, pagination, rate limiting, retry logic).
- Proven experience delivering integrations end-to-end, managing both technical implementation and customer coordination.
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js (Python preferred) for scripting, data transformation, and API orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, token refresh cycles, permissions, and scoping troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working with webhooks and mapping data across systems with differing schemas.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions, vendor negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Familiarity with legal technology, SaaS platforms, or interest in understanding law firm operations is a plus.
- Bonus experience: iPaaS platforms (Workato, Celigo, Mulesoft, Tray.io), SQL, on-prem/hybrid deployments, multi-tenant integration management, and building observability/alerting for integrations.
