Overview
The Electric Boat Information Technology End User Services Team has an opening for End User Services Site Lead for Electric Boat's Groton Shipyard facility.
The responsibilities of this role include and not limited to:
- Monitoring and reporting on End User Services KPIs empowering management team to make informed business decisions for best business outcomes.
- Providing IT Support and managed service provider oversight for End User Services
- Interfacing effectively with EB user community, management, and contracted IT service providers
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Serving as the key POC for End User Services at Groton Shipyard
- Oversee IT TechStop operations at Groton Shipyard
This position is located at our Groton, CT. This position is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities
- The ability to work independently and as a member of functional work teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions
- Customer Service
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher
- 8+ years in an Technical Enduser support
- 4+ years experience with Mobile device support
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the Department of Defense
Preferred:
- Two/Four Year Technical School
- Experience with PC Hardware, Printers, Networked EndUser Devices
- 6+ years experience with Mobile devices in an EndUser
- 10+ years in Technical Roles supporting EndUsers
- Experience in IT Service Delivery
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Experience working with EB IT Department
