Construction Management Internship/Co-op Pay Rate: $20/hour

The Construction Management co-op is responsible for assisting the Project Management and Estimating teams with related office based work and technical aspects of projects. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to site feasibility studies which may involve field work, technical report preparation, pre-construction conditions documentation, design plans & specifications and material take-offs.

Skills and ExperienceRequired

• Current student actively pursuing an associate or bachelors degree Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Possess strong attention to detail with sound analytical capabilities.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
