• Generate new roofing sales through referrals, door-to-door efforts, and leads provided

• Conduct roof inspections and assessments for damage or aging materials

• Educate homeowners on roofing products, services, and insurance claim processes

• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and installation process

• Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure project details and timelines are aligned

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and project statuses using CRM software

• Represent the company professionally in the field and at local networking or community events

• 2+ years of experience in residential roofing sales or a similar construction-related sales role

• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and industry standards

• Familiarity with storm restoration sales and insurance claim processes is a plus

• Highly motivated, self-starting individual with excellent communication skills

• Ability to perform roof inspections and climb ladders

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Professional demeanor with a client-first approach

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
