What You'll Do
• Lead, develop, and mentor the maintenance team including Supervisors, Group Leaders, Technicians, and support staff across Batesville and Tipton facilities
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, PLC, and robotic system issues
• Plan and execute capital projects, equipment installations, and facility improvements• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with Operations, Tooling, Quality, and Leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing principles
The OpportunityBatesville Tool & Die (BTD) is seeking a Corporate Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations across two Indiana facilities. This is a pivotal leadership role with direct impact on our operational excellence, equipment reliability, and the development of our next generation of maintenance professionals.

Compensation & Benefits• Competitive Salary: $90,000 – $125,000, commensurate with experience

Required:• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment• Strong industrial mechanical foundation with hands-on troubleshooting ability• Electrical systems experience, including the ability to program and troubleshoot PLCs• Robotics experience with programming and maintenance capabilities• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards• Proven ability to build, coach, and develop maintenance teams• Reside within 40 miles of Batesville, Indiana—or willingness to relocate
Preferred:• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field• Professional certifications (CMRP, PMP, or similar)• Experience in automotive or precision manufacturing• CMMS/EAM system experience (Plex preferred)
