• Provide medical oversight for hospice patients in collaboration with hospice physicians.
• Perform face-to-face visits for hospice patients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team and hospice medical provider meetings.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and provide staff education and support regarding end-of-life care.
• Perform other duties as indicated.
