- Develop and execute territory sales strategy for clinical solutions, driving growth across enterprise and midmarket accounts.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiation and execution, ensuring smooth handoff to delivery teams.
- Analyze customer business objectives and align solutions to meet client goals.
- Contribute to team quarterly and annual sales targets, collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Maintain accurate territory and account strategy documentation, including opportunity management and forecasting.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across multiple organizational levels.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in clinical domain sales or business development (software, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
- Proven track record of growing a territory and managing enterprise and medium-sized accounts.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to proactively identify and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels (VP, Director, Manager).
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
- Based in the EU, preferably Germany or France.
- Nice to have: knowledge of clinical operations or clinical data processes within the medical device and diagnostics industry.
