- Process and respond to FOIA requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and complete case files for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with legal and program teams to ensure timely responses.
- Assist with project management efforts related to marketing initiatives.
- Gather and analyze information requested in FOIA requests.
- Provide support for planning and implementation of marketing projects.
- Secure and update direct mail lists for targeted communications.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, information technology, business, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act laws preferred.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to organize and implement information requests efficiently.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in data compilation and presentation.
