The Fleet Asset Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the company's leased and owned vehicles. This includes coordinating vehicle maintenance, scheduling, logistics, and ensuring all vehicles are operating in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the efficient operation of the company's leased and owned vehicles.
- Manages vehicle maintenance records; ensures recommended maintenance schedules.
- Ensures all vehicles are operating in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Works with VPs and directors to ensure each program has the needed vehicles.
- Complies with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required.
- Associate's degree or 2 years' experience working in similar vehicle asset coordinator role.
- Travel to various locations as deemed necessary.
