- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and data-driven roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop and execute creative, high-impact sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process
- Analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure a positive candidate experience across all touchpoints, maintaining professionalism and consistency
- Drive process improvements to streamline hiring, increase quality of hire, and reduce time-to-fill
- Maintain awareness of market trends and talent availability to inform proactive recruitment strategies
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth U.S.-based technology startups
- Proven success in hiring for hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering effectively with hiring managers and team leaders
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Results-oriented mindset with persistence in sourcing and closing top talent
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining alignment with cross-functional teams, with potential onsite requirements up to 3 days per week
- Competitive salary range: $153,000 $172,000 USD, with potential participation in equity plans
