- Drive retention by analyzing turnover metrics and conducting stay interviews
- Advise Practice Owners on team management and culture enhancement
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
- Lead training initiatives for clinical staff and new managers
- Oversee the employee lifecycle operations including onboarding and offboarding
- Support compliance with multi-state labor laws and maintain policy handbooks
- Establish SLAs and KPIs for internal HR support to ensure timely responses
- 5-7+ years of HR experience, particularly in clinical or multi-state healthcare settings
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate retention data and advise on culture strategies
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle post-onboarding
- Proven track record of exceeding people operations targets
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and healthcare regulations
