• Drive retention by analyzing turnover metrics and conducting stay interviews
• Advise Practice Owners on team management and culture enhancement
• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
• Lead training initiatives for clinical staff and new managers
• Oversee the employee lifecycle operations including onboarding and offboarding
• Support compliance with multi-state labor laws and maintain policy handbooks
• Establish SLAs and KPIs for internal HR support to ensure timely responses

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of HR experience, particularly in clinical or multi-state healthcare settings
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate retention data and advise on culture strategies
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle post-onboarding
• Proven track record of exceeding people operations targets
• In-depth understanding of employment laws and healthcare regulations
