This position plays a critical role in shaping the future of experiential learning and program delivery, impacting the lives of girls across the United States.Accountabilities
- Identify key tactics to advance engagement of girl scouts and their families
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing and fund development
- Maintain a future focus vision and data-informed understanding of member interests
- Manage projects as needed for program delivery
- Represent the interests, projects, and voice of the Girl Scout experience cross-functionally
- Bachelors degree in education, youth development, or a related field
- Minimum of five years managing non-formal education programs
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships and work in a cross-functional team environment
- Functional knowledge of Office 365 or similar suites
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000
