- Develop and maintain long-term market and opportunity models that quantify potential and inform strategic prioritization.
- Apply advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, scenario analysis, and correlation studies, to generate actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into derivative analyses that support business cases for critical product and portfolio decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Commercial, and Market Access to align assumptions and scenarios.
- Integrate internal and external data sources, such as market trends, adoption dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive shifts, into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Present findings, analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and actionable insight.
- Define and evolve frameworks for opportunity sizing, market segmentation, and scenario planning to support growth strategy.
- 710 years of experience in market insights, analytics, product/corporate strategy, or consulting within diagnostics, life sciences, pharma, or related industries.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including expertise in market and financial modeling, scenario planning, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with analytical and database tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Snowflake.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, operating metrics, and their impact on product and portfolio performance.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive insights from incomplete or complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership through data-driven storytelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and strategic judgment.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or a quantitative discipline preferred; experience with genetic testing or U.S. healthcare data is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range: $200,000$230,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
