OIC operates through three divisions: Workforce Development, Youth & Family Services, and OIC Strategic Integration (Social Enterprise).
Position Summary
The Youth & Family Services Operations & Digital Engagement Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Youth & Family Services Division while strengthening the Division’s digital footprint and youth-centered outreach. This role coordinates administrative functions (scheduling, meetings, documentation, procurement, travel/training logistics, materials prep) and provides data support (entry, verification, file compliance). A defined portion of time is dedicated to social media support, digital storytelling, outreach communications, and basic engagement reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administrative Support
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, notes, and action tracking
• Maintain division documentation systems (digital/hard copy), program files, and records
• Prepare program materials (curriculum packets, sign-in sheets, surveys, presentations)
• Support purchasing, payment documentation, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking
• Coordinate training/travel logistics and support background clearance tracking
• Provide general office support and reception coverage as needed
Digital Engagement & Outreach (Youth-Facing Visibility)
• Support consistent social media posting and outreach cadence aligned with program goals
• Draft captions, flyers, and program highlights; create simple branded graphics (Canva/Adobe a plus)
• Capture and organize photos/video at events (following consent/confidentiality protocols)
• Maintain a basic content calendar and coordinate approvals
• Track basic engagement metrics and produce a short monthly snapshot
Data, Compliance & Reporting Support
• Complete routine data entry and verify accuracy (daily/weekly as required)
• Assist with surveys (administration, data entry, summaries)
• Support file compliance, documentation logs, and reporting preparation
Minimum Qualifications
• 3–5 years in administrative operations, executive support, office management, or program coordination (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio a plus)
• Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and confidentiality
• Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background screening.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting social media/digital outreach for programs (youth/family a plus)
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Later, Mailchimp/Constant Contact
• Basic website platform familiarity (WordPress/Wix/Squarespace)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish/French/Creole) a plus
Work Conditions
• Occasional evening/weekend support for events
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be mobile during community activities
