About This Position
• Job postings and screenings
• Employee verifications and respond to state agencies such as EDD for reporting timely and accurate information and responding to claims.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures reporting are in compliance.
• OT and Meal Break Reporting and Tracking. Discuss issues with employees.
• Communicate all payroll records and changes to payroll coordinator. Resolve employee payroll questions.
• Add new employees to ADP
• Assist managers with employee disciplinary actions and documentation
• Keep record of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
