CREW LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION
Employer = Rocky Mountain Operating LP dba Sonic Drive In
You are applying to work for a franchisee (Rocky Mountain Operations) of Sonic, not Sonic Corporate, or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. SONIC Drive-In Crew Leader Requirements:
 Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
 Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills
 Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to
multi-task and successfully solve problems
 Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
 Possession of reliable transportation is required
