About This Position

Sales Operations Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager in United States.
This role is a strategic and operational cornerstone within a fast-growing, globally focused organization. As Sales Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence across the go-to-market function, ensuring data integrity, forecast accuracy, and revenue predictability. You will serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Success, enabling informed decision-making and frictionless deal execution. With ownership over CRM governance, performance analytics, and incentive compensation processes, you will help optimize the full sales lifecycle. This is a high-visibility, impact-driven position ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments while continuously improving systems and processes. The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to shape scalable operations that support sustained global growth.
Accountabilities:
  • Own and govern CRM hygiene and pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring accurate stages, close dates, probabilities, and next-step documentation.
  • Lead weekly forecast cadences using commit, upside, and best-case methodologies, proactively identifying risks, stalled deals, and churn indicators.
  • Build, automate, and maintain sales performance dashboards, including quota attainment, pipeline coverage, win rates, ACV, discounting trends, and sales cycle metrics.
  • Administer incentive compensation processes in partnership with Finance, including commissions, splits, SPIFFs, clawbacks, and annual compensation plan rollouts.
  • Conduct win/loss and funnel analysis to generate actionable insights that improve conversion rates and forecast predictability.
  • Enforce data governance standards, maintain SOPs and documentation, and ensure audit readiness across forecasting and commission workflows.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize lead routing, SLAs, pricing governance, and approval workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities within Salesforce and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability.
  • Deliver CRM and forecasting training to sales teams and leadership, promoting data literacy and accountability.

Requirements:
  • 48 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or GTM Operations supporting B2B sales (SaaS or services preferred).
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise, including reporting, dashboards, opportunity management, forecasting, and data governance.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested logic) with experience building operational and compensation models.
  • Proven experience developing executive-level reporting and running structured forecast cadences with senior sales leaders.
  • Hands-on ownership of commissions administration or significant exposure to incentive compensation processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and translate insights into operational improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and integrity when handling sensitive compensation and performance data.
  • Experience with automation, reporting layers (e.g., BI tools), or basic SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and impact.
  • Opportunity to play a strategic role in scaling a global go-to-market organization.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional work culture.
  • Exposure to international business operations and global sales processes.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding company.
