CLINICAL SERVICES MANAGER - RN - HOSPICE at Saint Bernards Medical Center – JONESBORO, Arkansas

Responsible for the coordination, supervision, and oversight of all patient care services and clinical personnel within the hospice agency. Ensures appropriate patient and personnel assignments, monitors delivery of care, and facilitates timely, coordinated referrals. Oversees ongoing assessment of patient needs and ensures the development, implementation, and revision of individualized plans of care in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices. This position also serves as a designated Alternate Administrator, assuming full administrative authority in the absence of the Agency Director/Administrator.
