Accountabilities:

Conduct complex data analysis and interpretation to support organizational decision-making and identify actionable insights.
Monitor financial and business metrics, including KPIs, reimbursement trends, and payer compliance.
Design, execute, and evaluate process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows and operational excellence.
Perform audits and reviews to identify trends or issues, developing remediation plans to address them.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, economics, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in healthcare billing, finance, or related analytical roles.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
In-depth knowledge of medical billing, insurance policies, and healthcare reimbursement processes.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote or distributed environment.
