Hendersonville, NC | $19.50/hr | 8-hr Shift + Saturday OT

What You'll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain case packing, forming, and sealing machines
• Perform quality checks on labels and packaging, adjust machines, and troubleshoot jams
• Assist with material replenishment and size changeovers to keep production flowing
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following food safety and company standards

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent standing, bending, and crouching
• Forklift certification a plus; experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and following strict safety protocols
