Accountabilities- Gather and refine business requirements, guiding internal customers to best-fit approaches for satisfying their needs.
- Lead hybrid teams to enhance CRM, field service, and dealer management platforms.
- Utilize modern delivery and AI-aided practices to shorten time to market.
- Maintain high standards of technical quality and availability, ensuring accountability among providers.
- Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate resolution of schedule and budget challenges due to evolving requirements.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Masters preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in frontline operations on third-party platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Proven leadership ability to inspire cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
