Compensation & BenefitsStarting Pay: $15.75 per hour

Day Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with overtime opportunities)

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFollow all Standard Work Instructions and safety procedures

Maintain production rates while meeting quality, safety, and 5S standards

Stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift

Lift and move materials weighing 25–40 pounds

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Maintain a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Exhibit reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Contribute to overall team performance and production goals

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required

Reliable transportation to and from work (or ability to walk to facility)

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety standards

Commitment to quality workmanship and dependable attendance
