As an HVAC Installer, you will perform top-quality residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats, while ensuring customers feel respected, informed, and confident in your work. This role includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and continuous learning in a safe and supportive environment.

What You’ll DoAs an HVAC Installer, you will:

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats

Perform equipment and parts upgrades with quality and efficiency

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, accurate installations

Follow safety protocols and industry regulations at all times

Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships

Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites and vehicles

Document work accurately using ServiceTitan or similar software

What It Takes to SucceedWe’re looking for installers who bring:

At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals

Excellent communication and professionalism with customers and team members

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach

Commitment to safety, integrity, and professional excellence
