Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Field Systems Support. In this pivotal role, you will provide technical assistance and operational support for systems, equipment, and technology used in the field. This role works closely with field personnel, operations teams, and technical staff to ensure systems function properly, troubleshoot issues, and support system implementation and maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for field systems, equipment, and applications used by field personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of field systems and devices.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, tools, and system upgrades.
- Train field employees on proper use of systems, equipment, and applications.
- Document issues, solutions, and system changes for internal records.
- Coordinate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure systems comply with company standards, safety policies, and operational procedures.

Work Environment: Mixed Environment (Field Construction and Office) ; Required to travel to job sites or operational locations.
Qualifications:
- Effectively communicate clearly both in English and Spanish.
- Experience providing technical or systems support in field operations a plus.
- General Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to field support needs.

Physical Requirements:
Must have the physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Manual dexterity to handle tools and small parts.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. Adequate visual acuity for reading technical manuals and working with small components. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as necessary. Clear and effective verbal communication in noisy environments. Ability to travel frequently to various work sites.
