Compensation: $58.00 - $62.00 Per Hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and Fridays 7:00 am - 1:00 pm, NO WEEKENDS!

• Create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for patients
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Perform initial screenings, review medical histories, and assess oral health
• Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
• Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Take digital X-rays and wellness scans
• Assist in treatment planning alongside the dentist, including oral cancer screenings
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support Invisalign treatment processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Texas Dental Hygiene License
• 5+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and safety regulations
• Experience with dental equipment and sterilization procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to meet job demands
• Dental Hygiene diploma required
• Active dental hygiene license

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with Oryx software
• Nitrous Oxide (N2O) certification
• iTero scanner experience
