Job Summary

Overview of all dock operations and operations of Rail Deck level of Clubship.

Maintaining cleanliness, security, and safety of 1st level of clubship and member dock. Training and leading staff in Dock and Rail Deck operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Supervise Dock attendants

· Maintain staff schedules

· Greet members and visiting yachtsmen as they enter and leave the club

· Check in visiting yachtsman and assure their orientation of the club

· Find needs and wants of members through verbal questioning

· Safely organize and secure all boats on the dock

· Maintain clean and safe facility of entire 1st level and dock of clubship

· Train dock staff to uphold club standards of etiquette, safety, and operations

· Supervise and confirm all receiving

· Maintain dock reservations for major events

· Delegate responsibilities of set-up, service, and break-down for events on 1st level of clubship

· Keep organized documentation for all elements of dock operations

· Enforce all dock rules in a courteous and professional manner

· Assist in security manners

Supervision

Will work with the General Manager in maintaining and improving the quality of membership services. Must work with the management team for coordinating, planning, and maintaining quality operations.

Education/Experience

Minimum 2 years of dock and boat handling experience.

Physical Demand

The venue is NOT ADA compliant. Lifting is mandatory. Some activities will be strenuous.
