This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives on data, experimentation, and optimization. You will be responsible for managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns, analyzing large datasets, and driving measurable improvements in ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure accurate tracking, robust reporting, and actionable insights that directly impact business growth. The role blends analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, giving you the opportunity to leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to optimize marketing performance. - Build, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, including keyword research, targeting, ad creatives, and campaign structure
- Conduct experiments and analyze segmented performance data to improve CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and CPA
- Monitor daily metrics, identify anomalies, and proactively resolve tracking or performance issues
- Use Excel, Sheets, and SQL to analyze large datasets and inform bid and budget optimization decisions
- Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Engineering, and market teams to maintain proper tagging, tracking, and measurement hygiene (UTMs, GA4, conversion tracking)
- Leverage AI tools for creative generation, keyword clustering, anomaly detection, and automated reporting to enhance campaign efficiency
- 5–8 years of experience in performance/search marketing, with 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of Google Ads fundamentals, bidding strategies, auction dynamics, quality score, and search query analysis
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze trends, and make evidence-based recommendations
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and working knowledge of SQL for handling large datasets
- Familiarity with GA/GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution methods
- Clear communicator, comfortable presenting insights to cross-functional teams
- Flexible to attend planned evening IST meetings to overlap with US teams
- Good to have: Google Ads Search certification, experience with Microsoft Ads, Display/YouTube campaigns, dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau), basic scripting (Python), A/B testing experience, familiarity with AI/LLM tools for reporting and analysis
