This role is a key client-facing position focused on driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities across broker and travel advisor channels. You will manage assigned accounts, build strong relationships with partners, and identify new avenues for upselling and cross-selling. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations while delivering measurable results. You will proactively analyze market trends, nurture leads, and develop strategic initiatives to maximize account profitability. The role demands a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is motivated by achieving ambitious business targets. Travel within the region is expected, offering the chance to engage directly with clients and shape impactful partnerships.
- Manage a portfolio of broker and travel advisor accounts, providing high-quality support and regular performance updates
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, including onboarding, check-ins, training sessions, and renewals
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and develop business cases for new initiatives, upsells, and cross-sells
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth account management
- Attend industry events, monitor market trends, and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Use AI, data analytics, and cloud-based tools to enhance decision-making and drive insights responsibly
- Deliver results in alignment with strategic goals while maintaining excellent partner satisfaction
Requirements:
- College diploma or degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (insurance industry preferred)
- Proven track record of driving client growth, generating new business, and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and business development strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across levels
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Teams
- Self-starter with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
