We are seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Apprentice to join our team. No prior technical experience is required, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to build your skills as an electrician. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to integrity. As an Electrical Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance while developing the skills needed for a successful career in the trade. With the end goal of being trained to become a fully qualified Service Technician/Expert.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist experienced electrical technicians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Learn and apply industry safety protocols and best practices under supervision.
• Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously develop your technical skills.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked technician van and warehouse materials as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and project goals.

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday with occasional opportunities for overtime

Work Location:

• Based in Rochester, NY, servicing residential clients in the surrounding area.
