Dispatch Coordinator I

Daily Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor routes, ensuring delivery arrival within allotted timeframe
• Be communication center between customers, delivery contractors, retail stores, management and customer service
• Accurately document delivery exception on customer's records
• Work closely with drivers, providing directions and scheduling assistance as needed
• Confirm delivery status, use of software to audit stops
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, with moderate Excel skills
• Excellent Organization and communication skills
• Detail oriented
