• Bachelor’s Degree
• Skill-set/work experience equivalence to Cisco CCDP or CCNP Collaboration with a focus on Design and Planning
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within the IT field – with a focus in UC delivery mechanisms and their utilization by customers throughout an enterprise
