Working Foreman - Streets Division in Fitchburg at City of Fitchburg

Job Summary

The Working Foreman shall work as the leader of a crew of employees of lower grade classifications. Responsible to schedule work assignments, enforce safety regulations, maintain discipline, order supplies and equipment. Inspect work of the assigned crew during progress and completion for compliance with instructions and conformance with accepted standards and practices. In all scenarios, the incumbent shall perform the same skilled craft duties as his/her crew. Position requires extensive overtime during winter months.
