Job Description- Responsible on target achievement assigned to the individual, including, sales target, activities target, as well as new acquisition, shipper retention, and shipper growth of the Logistics Service Provider Sectors.
- Responsible for achievement on sales target
- Responsible on fulfilling activities assigned to the individual sales person
- Responsible for shipper acquisition and shipper growth
- Responsible for continous growth and expansion of the account
- Growth transport revenue
- 3-7 years in the Garment Industry that are related to logistic
- Solution-building mindset
- Strong industry networks in the LSP sector
- Ability to commercialize offering to LSPs
- Understanding the Logistics Service Providers landscape in Indonesia.
- Good local networks into Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Transport Departments
- Collaborative or value-based selling to offer underutilized capacities of Ninja Van or pursue strategic opportunities of Ninja Van with LSPs
- Ability to form partnerships and collaborations with LSP to increase their customer value offering instead of transactional transportation sales
