About This Position

Description:

As an A.P.C. Client Advisor, you serve as a brand ambassador and leader within the store. You exemplify A.P.C.’s values through your professionalism, presentation, and client engagement. Eager to learn and stay informed, you maintain a strong understanding of A.P.C.’s products, procedures, and business trends.

Your primary goal is to achieve sales objectives set by management while supporting the Store Manager with operational tasks as needed. You deliver exceptional customer service by following A.P.C.’s selling ceremony, fostering meaningful client relationships, and driving business growth through collaboration and teamwork.

Sales
  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall team targets.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting customers according to A.P.C.’s selling ceremony.
  • Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of all product categories, offering personalized recommendations to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain deep understanding of A.P.C.’s brand history, heritage, and collections.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of CRM tools to capture client information and identify top clients.
  • Conduct proactive client outreach through Endear, following A.P.C.’s clienteling best practices.

Operations

  • Lead by example and oversee store operations in the absence of senior management.
  • Open and close the POS system and store in accordance with A.P.C. procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure optimal product presentation.
  • Uphold grooming and uniform guidelines to represent the A.P.C. brand image.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support stock management, ensuring accurate inventory and minimal shrinkage.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Participate in additional projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of prior experience in customer service (retail preferred).
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to lift boxes (as much as 40 lbs).
  • Availability to work mornings/evenings, weekends, annual inventory, and the holiday season'
