Registered Nurse - Surgical

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, day shift. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare patients for surgical procedures by reviewing medical histories, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort

- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment

- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any intraoperative changes promptly

- Provide postoperative care, including wound management, pain control, and patient education

- Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in medical records

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region

- Proven experience in surgical nursing or perioperative care

- Strong understanding of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment
