Litigation Associate (Warranty - Defense) - Hybrid at Top Tier Reps LLC – Los Angeles, California

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Southern California Litigation Business Unit. This associate will join a high-performing team focused exclusively on defending major automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.

Location is flexible within California. Candidates may work remotely or on a hybrid basis, but must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.

Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 a year

• Represent automotive clients in complex warranty defense litigation

• Participate in trial and arbitration preparation

• Handle motion practice, depositions, and mediations

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop litigation strategy

• Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to client success

• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably with trial prep exposure

• Courtroom experience (motions, depositions, mediations)

• Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills

• California Bar admission in good standing (required)

• Strong academic credentials and law firm background

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated stability in career history

Note: Automotive or warranty litigation experience is not required. Training will be provided.
