Restaurant Manager – Rossco’s Bar and Grill, Banyo QLD
Rossco’s Bar and Grill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Located in Banyo, QLD 4014, our venue is known for its vibrant atmosphere, Mediterranean and Latin-inspired cuisine, and commitment to quality service.
This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Manage bookings, floor plans, and guest flow to optimize service
Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team on promotions, events, and service improvements
Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior front-of-house role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of hospitality operations and financial controls
Relevant qualifications in hospitality or business management (preferred)
