As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our production line moving efficiently and our products packaged to perfection. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in quality, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(Note: This role will transition to Evening Shift in the future)

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure consistent weight, sealing, seasoning, and labeling

• Troubleshoot and adjust machines for different products and production needs

• Perform changeovers (film, formers, seasoning) with efficiency and accuracy

• Conduct and document metal detector checks to maintain food safety compliance

• Pack finished products with care, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction

• Work closely with the fry room and team to maintain product flow and quality

• Rework and repack products when needed

• Keep your workspace clean and safe—daily sanitation is essential

• Operate pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and forklifts (if certified)

• Support your team by covering breaks and communicating clearly

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality

• Ability to stay on your feet and keep moving in a fast-paced, warm, and sometimes loud environment

• A team player with solid communication skills

• Comfortable working with food allergens (dairy in seasonings)

• Able to read and follow instructions accurately and complete documentation
