Project Engineer I at OTS – Lincoln, Nebraska

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) is looking for an experienced Project Engineer I to join our Lincoln, NE organization. We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated and creative individuals who want to help support and shape this organization as we grow.

GD-OTS provides reliable and affordable composite products to the defense and commercial aerospace markets. With more than 60 years of expertise, GD-OTS designs, develops, manufactures, and tests a full range of composite missile and space structures, including rocket motors, pressure vessels, launch tubes and fuel tanks.

Position Location Detail: This position is located at our GD Lincoln West facility.

• Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
• Provides technical support for the engineering process and contributes to the completion of a project.
• Analyzes project requirements and performs standard technical calculations.
• Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.
