Executive Assistant - Full Time at Thermal Identification Technologies – Brea, California

We are seeking a motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide support in managing properties and various administrative tasks. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the management and coordination of property-related tasks

- Provide administrative support to executives as needed

- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

- Perform research and compile reports as required

- Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

- Strong QuickBooks knowledge

This is a full time on-site position.

Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Monday - Friday

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

- A plus with real estate knowledge

- A plus with AirBnB platform hosting knowledge

- A plus with web order platforms
