At Colville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia, we believe in serving with love and purpose. We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team and help us provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents.

• Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Support residents’ health and wellness through medication administration and treatment
• Participate in care planning and coordinate with physicians, families, and the care team
• Monitor and document resident status and respond to emergencies
• Supervise Medication Aides/Techs and assist with admissions and discharges

• A current LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care

• Must pass state-specific background checks prior to patient contact
• Must adhere to all federal, state, and company clinical guidelines
