We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse / Shipping associate. This role ensures that our products are processed, assembled, and shipped efficiently and accurately.

As a Warehouse / Shipping associate, you will be responsible for assembling products, preparing large orders for shipment, receiving deliveries, and keeping the warehouse organized. You’ll also operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect products for quality, and ensure that all shipments are properly processed. This hands-on role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to assemble products or components.
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
• Prepare finished products for shipment, including palletizing and wrapping.
• Process LTL shipments, BOLs, and tracking documentation.
• Receive deliveries and verify that incoming shipments are accurate and in good condition.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and office environment.
• Perform will-call tasks, as well as customer and job site deliveries.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse and shipping/receiving.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workloads, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Must pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently walk, sit, use hands, and talk/listen.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus, are required.
