Litigation & Trial Practice - Food & Beverage Associate at Top Tier Reps LLC – Washington, District of Columbia

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Food & Beverage Industry Team in Washington, D.C. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer to advise top-tier clients on complex FDA regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters within the food, beverage, cosmetic, and consumer product sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on FDA regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, and investigations.
• Provide counsel on legal risks related to food, beverage, cosmetic, and consumer products.
• Draft and review regulatory submissions, compliance programs, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Represent clients in regulatory proceedings and interactions with the FDA and related agencies.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active member in good standing of the D.C. Bar (or eligible to waive in).
• 4 to 7 years of experience in FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.
• Prior experience advising food, beverage, cosmetic, or consumer product companies is preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $310,000 to $420,000, commensurate with experience.
• Bonus opportunities based on individual and firm performance.
