About This Position
Our client is a distinguished Am Law 100 law firm with a global presence and a reputation for innovation, collaboration, and excellence. The firm is seeking a strategic and detail-driven Senior Manager, CRM to enhance the functionality and impact of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Email Marketing Systems (EMS).
This position plays a key role in driving data integrity, client engagement, and digital marketing effectiveness across the firm.
The Senior Manager, CRM will lead the strategy, operations, and optimization of the firm’s CRM and EMS platforms. This individual will ensure high-quality data standards, support client development efforts, and improve the efficiency and performance of the firm’s digital outreach programs.

The Senior Manager, CRM will lead the strategy, operations, and optimization of the firm’s CRM and EMS platforms. This individual will ensure high-quality data standards, support client development efforts, and improve the efficiency and performance of the firm’s digital outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s CRM and EMS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance
- Develop and maintain firmwide CRM and marketing reports aligned with business development and marketing goals
- Execute and support digital campaigns, including template management and email execution
- Partner with business development teams on communications related to mailings, events, and thought leadership
- Implement and manage data enrichment and hygiene protocols to support outreach and campaign success
- Monitor bounce rates, troubleshoot delivery issues, and manage domain reputation
- Provide training and support for internal users and external vendors on CRM/EMS processes and best practices
- Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to implement enhancements, data integrations, and platform migrations
- Maintain system configurations and ensure optimal technical performance
- Lead CRM governance, data privacy compliance, and best practices
- Develop and manage marketing calendars and implement contact segmentation strategies
- Contribute to broader digital marketing and business development efforts as needed
Required Skills & Proficiencies
- Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Intapp DealCloud, or similar enterprise systems
- Advanced knowledge of EMS platforms (e.g., Pardot, Vuture, Dispatch) and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of data integrity, segmentation, enrichment, and hygiene processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); familiarity with HTML and email layout tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Working knowledge of law firm or professional services marketing systems and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in CRM management, data operations, and eMarketing platforms
- Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $154,000 to $205,000
- Annual bonus eligibility
