Foremen Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities consist of working with the electrical team: site layout; including blueprint reading skills, repair and installation of electrical systems, and direct customer interaction.
• Make sure that completed work meets manufacturers requirements as well as appropriate environmental standards.
• Work independently as well as oversee a job site and work of others.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and other employees in a professional manner.
• Work in a safe manner that acknowledges self, co-worker, and public safety concerns.
• Lead by example and demonstrate our Core Values.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required (oral, written, and presentation).
• Creative problem solver with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-years Journeyman experience with experience managing jobs and teams
• Licensed in Kentucky
• Ability to routinely lift/move 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Career-minded with a willingness to continue training/education.
• Well versed in Federal and State OSHA safety requirements
